Started out looking for a used MDX but looked at new and also RDX. Ended up with a new 2016 for a great price, exactly what I wanted. James guided me through the process and I am a very satisfied customer. Great car, good dealership and a happy customer.
This is the second time my wife and I have worked with Jimmy Carpenter. We intended to upgrade her RDX. We did that and I decided to also look at the TLX. I liked the test drive and the deal felt right so we leased that too. I really like how Jimmy took the time to fully explain all the tech aspects of the cars, the safety features, and the lease details. As for the facility it is first class. Service in the past has been a snap and I see no reason why it would not be the same for the two cars we just leased. Jeff Johnson in finance was also a pleasure to do business with. If anyone asks me I will be more than happy to recommend Jay Wolfe Acura and for a salesman it would be hard to find any better than Jimmy Carpenter. He is a person who really enjoys his job. P,S. Let me start by saying that I average purchasing one to two cars a year for the last twenty years so I have some experience of how car buying should be. I relocated back to Kansas City about three years ago and the last three purchases have been at Jay Wolfe Acura. JIMMY CARPENTER is my go to guy!!! He is by far the best client advisor I have ever worked with...and I have worked with countless! He truly has a gift to work with people and is very thorough and extremely sincere!!!
