Acura Courtesy Car Program


New Acura Loaner Cars

We don't want you to be inconvenienced while your vehicle is being serviced, so we have available by appointment Acura Loaner cars.  These cars are available to our customers if the labor time will exceed 1.5 hours.  These cars are available on a first come basis, so make sure you specify one when you make your appointment.  A drivers license and insurance is required, and we ask that you replace the fuel that you used.

  What Happens After I Schedule an Appointment?

Please use our online form to schedule your next service appointment, or call (866) 475 - 7956. We are standing by to answer your questions and get you in the door as quickly as possible. Service appointments requested after business hours are subject to availability. You will be contacted the following business day to confirm your requested appointment time. Upon submitting your information we will:

  • Respond to you promptly via your preferred contact method.
  • Ask any additional questions required to service your vehicle.
  • Confirm your appointment.

    *Please note service drive traffic volume on Saturday is very high. If you would like to schedule an appointment for Saturday's business day please provide your request 48 hours in advance.
