Summary

The Accelerated Service Representative's primary function is to provide 100% client satisfaction. In a fast-paced environment you will maintain a positive attitude and friendly interactions with clients while obtaining and verifying their vehicular needs and selling the required service to meet those needs. The Accelerated Service Representative will ensure that all requested work is satisfactorily completed to mitigate post-service issues.  As a key member of the Jay Wolfe Acura team, the Accelerated Service Representative brings life to the Automotive Service Experience for the client. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for creating great first impressions and guiding clients through the maintenance process for their vehicles.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Maintains the highest level of service possible at all times, with the goal of making every customer a customer for life
  • Knows and applies all steps of the Dealership sales strategy to each transaction, with no under or overselling 
  • Sets customer phone, email, and dealership appointments as needed
  • Dispatches work directly to accelerated technicians
  • Notifies customers immediately upon receiving inspection and report results
  • Process work orders and cashiers each customer at pickup
  • Inspects all vehicles for cleanliness before delivering back to a customer
  • Handles customers in a courteous, patient manner every time
  • Tags keys and pulls the car onto the service drive during write-up
  • Maintains a clean and professional appearance following dress code
  • Ensures desk is clean and neat and fully stocked each day
  • Follows all company and manufacturer policies and procedures
  • Adheres to all safety procedures in accordance with OSHA and company policy

Authority

Is given the authority to act as a company liaison with customers

Education & Experience

  • Grade 12 High School Diploma, Valid Driver's License
  • Customer relations a plus
  • Retail sales a plus
  • Adaptable to work evenings and weekend shifts as scheduled
