Luxury SUVs are growing in popularity, no doubt. There are plenty of premium and luxury carmakers, both domestic and import, that build high-end vehicles for the United States. But there only seem to be a few full size luxury SUV options to choose from. Do they offer an Acura full size SUV around these parts? What are your options for luxury Acura SUVs?

The Acura RDX

First, there’s the Acura RDX. It’s a sexy little number with Jewel Eye LED headlights, chiseled body lines, and a sporty yet comfortable interior. It’s the model you want for awesome fuel economy and confident performance combined. But, this isn’t a full size SUV. It’s a compact crossover SUV.

The Acura MDX

Going up a size, you’ll find the Acura MDX in the lineup. We’re talking about an SUV that’s supremely stable and luxurious, and a whole lot of fun to drive. The exterior’s athletic appearance meshes with its elegant demeanor for an all-around pleasing look. But even though looks are important, there’s so much more to the Acura MDX. All MDX models are leather-trimmed with heated front seats with premium upholstery options available for the Advance Package and Technology Package. Still, this isn’t a Acura’s full-size SUV – it’s a luxury midsize SUV. At the moment, there isn’t an Acura full size SUV in the plans. But with two amazing SUV options and one with seating for up to seven, why would you want a bigger vehicle anyway?
